It doesn’t matter whether or not you eat meat and animal foods: this vegan noodle is divine! Besides being easy to make, the ingredients are super simple.

Ingredients


1 packet of chickpeas noodles


1 tablespoon of OLIVE OIL


1 SMALL PURPLE ONION


1 zucchini

2 Palm heart


10 OLIVES


3 TOMATOES


3 or 4 cups of TOMATO SAUCE


1 teaspoon of turmeric


1 teaspoon SWEET PEPPER


1/2 packet of SPINACH


Parsley and Onion


TOASTED ALMONDS

Preparation mode


In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.


When boiling, add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes.


Drain the pasta and set aside.


In another pan, add the oil and wait for it to heat up.

Add the onion and wait for it to brown.


Add the zucchini, heart of palm, olive and tomato – all chopped.


In this mixture add the tomato sauce, turmeric and sweet pepper.

When everything is cooked, add the spinach and mix.


Place the pasta on the plate and pour the sauce on top.


Finish with parsley, chives and chopped almonds.
