Ingredients

1 cauliflower in bouquets

Salt, black pepper and oregano

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 sliced ​​garlic cloves

1 chopped onion

3 diced seedless tomatoes

1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of sliced ​​cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Method of preparation

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat and brown the garlic.
