An infallible recipe for a Saturday day that appeals to everyone. In this one there is no mistake!
The meat goes perfectly with the other ingredients, it’s easy to make and doesn’t take much time, so enjoy it!
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1.5kg of diced meat
Salt and pepper
1 cup of chopped green olives
3 onions in strips
4 sliced potatoes
1/2 sliced cabbage
3 cups of hot water
Heat a pressure cooker over high heat with the oil and brown the meat seasoned with salt and pepper.
Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Return the pan to medium heat and make layers of meat, olives, onions, potatoes and cabbage seasoned with salt and pepper. Repeat the layers and drizzle with water and oil.
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 25 minutes after the pressure starts. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to come out and open the pan.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
