Nothing better than a Sunday breakfast to replenish your energy and start the day in a good mood, isn’t it? To help you prepare a great recipe, we have prepared a practical and very tasty dish.


2 eggs

1 pinch of salt

2 1/2 tablespoons of milk

1 tablespoon of butter

3 tablespoons of grated cheese

Preparation mode

Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk, adding the milk, little by little, until well mixed.

In a non-stick frying pan 24cm in diameter melt the butter over high heat. Lower the heat and pour the egg and milk mixture. As the eggs start to settle, move them away from the edges of the pan, pushing with a wooden or sturdy plastic spatula.
Cook until they are firm, but with a creamy surface.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and, with the help of a spatula, make a small fold in the omelet.

Then, make a second fold, leaving a free edge.

Don’t worry if it breaks a little, as this part will face down on the plate. The important thing is not to fry too much and leave the creamy medium. Finally, grasp the handle of the pan firmly and tilt it on a plate so that the omelet slips, turning over the remaining edge.

The golden part that was in contact with the bottom of the pan is up.
