Made with sweet potatoes and carrots, this sweetest gnocchi is a great choice to vary the menu and make meals even more interesting. On a baking sheet, arrange the cubes of carrots and sweet potatoes, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven (200˚C) until very soft (about 60 minutes).
