Contrary to what many people think, it is possible to organize this event without using meat and food of animal origin. The main tip is to bet on the variety (on different cheeses and vegetables, for example).
Bet on coalho and provolone cheese skewers
For the vegetarian barbecue to be really tasty, the main tip is to taste the cheeses. Derived from milk, this food is a source of calcium, vitamin A, antioxidants, zinc and other essential nutrients for the body. To prepare, place pieces of rennet cheese and provolone on skewers, sprinkle a little oregano on top and then just put it on the grill. When the cheese is well roasted, just serve!
Note: Cheese is also great for filling breads and even vegetables. That is, you can use it to spice up other dishes on the barbecue.
Prepare sweet potatoes, zucchini, eggplant and other vegetables on the grill
Another interesting tip to prepare a tasty vegetarian barbecue is to bet on different types of vegetables. Prepare homemade garlic bread stuffed with cheese

Just make a homemade garlic paste using the following ingredients: 200 ml of milk, 4 garlic cloves, salt, oregano and black pepper to taste, olive oil. Put everything in a blender and blend well for about 3 minutes – ideally, add the oil little by little to keep it in the right place. When the pasta is ready, apply it to slices of bread and then just grill it on the grill. You can bet it is quite successful!
How about preparing grilled mushrooms and stuffed peppers?
To further increase the vegetarian barbecue, our tip is to place mushrooms (shimeji, shitaki, champignon and others) to grill together with the vegetables. Spread them on the grill, add some spices (salt, pepper, olive oil and the herbs you prefer). Another interesting tip is to prepare the classic stuffed pepper: cut it in half and stuff it with cheese, tomatoes and spices. Then wrap the bell pepper in aluminum foil and let it simmer with other vegetables. It is delicious!
