1 egg

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of mashed banana

1/2 cup (tea) of Brazil nuts

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup of wheat flour

1/4 cup (tea) of wholemeal flour

1/2 cup (oats) rolled oats

2 teaspoons of baking powder

Cinnamon powder

1/4 teaspoon of refined salt

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Chocolate syrup:

1 and 1/2 cup (skim) of skimmed milk

3 tablespoons of chocolate powdered diet with fiber

1 spoon (dessert) of thin flakes oats

Preparation mode:

Put the egg, brown sugar, bananas, chestnuts and oil in the mixer. Then beat all of these foods well until blended. In a container place the wheat flour, wholemeal flour, oats, yeast, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Mix the dry ingredients and then immediately add, gently, to the liquid that has been beaten.

After this process, place in muffin cups and bake at 180º C to bake for about 20 minutes. Mix the syrup ingredients, bring it to a low heat until it boils. Expect to warm and pour over the muffins.
