The rush of everyday life makes many people forget to have breakfast, or end up eating something ready, without thinking about whether the meal is adequate. This practice is not recommended by experts, who stress the importance of making the first meal of the day full of nutrients. Among them: proteins, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates.

Breakfast is super important and makes our metabolism work properly again, as it slows down at night. In this way, it uses up the calories that the body needs.

Place the tapioca flour in a non-stick frying pan and spread it out, making it evenly. Leave approximately 40 seconds to 1 minute without stirring for everything to “stick”. Spread the slices in half of the tapioca and add the condensed milk. Fold it in half and you’re done!

If you like, sprinkle cinnamon or powdered chocolate!
