INGREDIENTS

300 g of Shrimp

Lemon (1/2 unit)

Sea salt

black pepper

13 ml olive oil

40 g of Butter (2 tablespoons)

30 g of wheat flour (2 tablespoons)

10 g of chopped chives (2 tablespoons)

Chopped onion (1/2 unit)

360 ml of Milk 1 cup and 1/2 360 ml

200 g of Catupiry 1/2 pot 200g

Parmesan

PREPARATION MODE

Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper and lemon juice and mix well

In a pan, heat the oil well and add the shrimp without the lemon juice (drain the shrimp)

Brown quickly and remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon

Add half the butter and onion and let it brown

Add the other half of the butter and when it melts, add the flour

Quickly stir with a whisk and cook for 2 minutes while stirring

Add half the milk and stir

When it becomes homogeneous, add the rest and stir again

Wait for the mixture to boil, after that keep stirring on the fire for another 3 to 5 minutes

Turn off the heat and add the catupiry stir a little

Hit the salt and pepper

Add the shrimp and chives

Pour into a baking dish and grate the Parmesan over the top

Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes or until melted

Serve with rice and potato sticks
