At this time of great anxiety, it is harder to relax and even fall asleep. As we know, a good night’s sleep makes a huge difference in our health and well-being.

You can use bag teas if this is the only option, but our recommendation is that you prepare infusions with calming herbs, as the flavor and aroma are much more present. Here we will explain how to prepare a chamomile infusion.

Ingredients (for 1 cup of tea):

  • 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup (tea) of filtered water
  • Sweetener drops (optional)

Preparation mode:

Put the chamomile and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and cover the pan for 3 minutes. Then pass through a sieve and sweeten with sweetener if necessary. Your tea is ready.

If you prefer, chamomile can be replaced by lemongrass, mint, passion fruit leaves or valeriana.
