To start, place the banana in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Add egg and mix. Then add the powdered cinnamon, honey to taste and keep stirring. Add the peanut butter, oatmeal and mix again until everything is smooth. In a non-stick skillet, put a little coconut oil and leave on low heat. Pour in pancake batter, then fry both sides.   • 3 bananas cut into frozen slices
  • cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of whole peanut butter with cocoa
  • Crushed almonds (optional)

To prepare, place the bananas, milk and peanut butter in a blender. Beat until it forms a very creamy and homogeneous mixture. When serving, a good tip is to sprinkle crushed almonds on top.
